Cody

Cody is totally passionate about fitness and exercise and is excited about joining our team of instructors! He has many years of experience in Crossfit/Strength & Conditioning and is devoted to his personal practice. He hopes to encourage his clients to achieve their best and smash their goals!

Lauren

Lauren is wonderfully paradoxical as the instructor who gently encourages you to achieve your best through mindful discipline and good old hard work! We are extremely honoured to have the lovely Lauren join our team. She has worked in the fitness industry for many years, and is a Pilates instructor, PT, and bellydancing instructor.

Punarai

Punarai, otherwise known as P, initially joined our gym to instruct Boxing classes and has since begun instructing Crossfit, Strength and Conditioning, and Strength classes. We are honoured to have Punarai, a wonderfully supportive instructor, who understands ‘one size does not fit all’ when it comes to fitness. An extremely thorough trainer, with a keen eye for form and technique, P keeps all the movements safe so her clients get the most from their sessions.
