We’re Deloraine’s leading inclusive gym with trainers sensitive to your body-mind-soul needs. Everyone is welcome to join our gym.
Established in 2018 in beautiful Deloraine, Tasmania, Body & Soul Gym is the culmination of many years of dedication and strong passion for health, fitness, and wellbeing.
Since then, Body & Soul Gym has expanded into two locations: one offering a 24-hour gym service and the other offering a variety of exciting health and fitness classes ranging from strength and conditioning and pilates, to a belly dance fusion and HIIT/Tabata classes, as well as many more (see below). New varied classes are always being added!
Come and workout with our fantastic team of instructors – Tam, Punari, Lauren, Cody, Molly and Jasmin – and be the very best version of yourself!
Our aim is grow Body & Soul Gym into a health and fitness hub where related events and courses are offered, as well as as a dedicated, supportive and engaged community nurtured.
We offer health and wellness bodywork treatments in our lovely treatment room upstairs. Perfect for a post-workout tune up.

We offer a wide range of health, fitness and wellness classes. For a short description on each see below. To view our class schedule, click here.
This class combines the slow movements of bellydance such as undulations and figure 8’s with an eclectic style yoga flow.
We offer a couple of different Circuit classes at Body & Soul Gym: we have a women only Circuit and a Mobility and Stability Circuit.
These 30 minute classes are designed to improve your cardiovascular fitness in a fun and motivating way.
Our Matwork Pilates and Pilates Circuit classes utilise the various Pilates equipment, including the Reformer, Trapeze (Cadillac) and Wunda chair. Our Pilates HIIT classes combine the strength and flexibility based movements of Pilates with the low and high intensity interval format of HIIT.
Pumped! is a high intensity 30 minute class where participants have a barbell and a step, with risers, and they perform a series of weighted exercises with high repetitions and low weights, all to a constant, high-energy beat.
These inclusive sessions, which are an hour long, are designed for the client with sensory needs regarding noise, light, and other forms of stimulation.
These classes, also known as functional training, are designed to enable you to improve your strength and cardiovascular fitness, as well as your lifting technique, in a fun and motivating environment.
Our classes range from the 90-minute Classical Yoga which features a combination of Hatha, Flow and Yin, together with Pranayama and Yoga Nidra or deep relaxation, as well as a more specialised 45-minute Body Awareness routine following the Pawanmuktasana Series 1-3.
Yogalates was designed initially as a glorified stretching session at the end of the previous workout, and evolved into a more structured beginner Pilates and slow Vinyasa Flow Yoga session.
Zumba is possibly the most fun you’ll have at the gym! These classes are designed for most, if not all (yes, chair/wheelchair Zumba is a thing!) mobility and fitness levels.
Work out in a safe environment, at a time that suits your schedule. And with a wide variety of top quality gym equipment, you will always be able to get the most out of your workouts.
